Lexis Nexis – ‘Legal meets AI’

Role: Experience Leader of AI Beta, Independent UX lead on AI-enabled applications. For the aforementioned areas of impact, I led the vision and execution of Lexis Nexis’ AI experience strategy and execution, defining the use cases for generative AI applications and enhancing user experiences. I established and maintained effective partnerships with cross-functional teams, working on product alignment with core user needs and business objectives. Key contributor to the evolution of Lexis Nexis’ design system , ensuring it reflected contemporary, AI-informed UX principles and methodologies. Advocated and implemented cutting-edge AI ENABLED UX practices and service design strategies, fulfilling a broad spectrum of user needs and driving product excellence.
